If you haven’t already heard the Apple iPhone has passed the almighty girlfriend test. Yes, I said it! The girlfriend test. How has your girlfriend dealt with your new iPhone? Well, my girlfriends review was relatively similar except for one reoccurring issue. Yes, she thinks its an awesome handset and was easily able to navigate her way around leaving her extremely impressed. Personal user experience seems to be two thumbs up all around. You wont hear many complaints there.

However, when the iPhone is in my hands and she tries to reach me we enter a whole new realm of reviews. Not only my girlfriend but all of my friends have constantly complained about losing our conversations during the call. If you read my recent iPhone review you know where I come from when I discuss the AT&T network and the iPhone.

I receive constant complaints from 95% of the people I speak with on my iPhone about not being able to hear me. A majority of my calls are spent just confirming the other individual heard what I had said. Thankfully when you lose a call on the iPhone it brings you to the most convenient screen of all; the call back screen. That’s right, when you lose a call on the iPhone it provides a call back feature as if they knew this would happen often. It’s actually intelligent on Apples part knowing that the AT&T network is one of the only things people CAN complain about. So while the Apple iPhone is easily the greatest handset on the market, I can’t wait till it can truly live up to its name and be a reliable phone.
