Christmas Photo Tips (Some Holiday Link Love)

December 24th, 2007 | How-To, Photography

As a photographer that is always trying to learn I wanted to figure out how to take better pictures during the holiday season, specifically Christmas. I was recently looking at some photos from last Christmas and was a little disappointed with the outcome. Most of my shots were involving Christmas lights in some way shape or form and when shooting these lights it is very tricky depending on the lighting you may or may not have. With it being Christmas Eve and all of the family activities, I figured I’d share some Holiday Link Love by quickly pointing you all to a nice article on tips for taking nice photos during Christmas.

I often read up on tips and tricks at Digital Photography School, a site by Darren Rowse (also ProBlogger). A recent post discusses 16 Digital Photography Tips For Christmas. I myself am going to try some of these tips and fool around. Be sure to see some of the results later this week.

Good luck, happy shooting and of course HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
